Shipping policy

After placing your order online you will receive your order confirmation email. All orders received before 6pm are processed and delivered the same day. Any orders received after that are processed and delivered the next morning. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping partners: We have our own delivery fleet and do not depend on any third party delivery partners to handle our products.

Shipping Rate: We offer Free Shipping on all orders above  ₹500/-. Any orders for less than that incur a ₹50/- flat delivery charge.  

Serviceable Area: We presently ONLY deliver to Newtown and Salt Lake regions of Kolkata.
